Mr. Bill Jackson age 64, of Union City, Tenn. and formerly of South Fulton, Tenn., passed away Monday, July 15, 2024 at his residence.

Bill was born on August 2, 1959 in Louisville, Ky., to the late Raymond Jackson and Norma June Hamlet Jackson.

Bill attended the South Fulton United Methodist Church and graduated from Hickman County High School in 1977.

Mr. Jackson served in the United States Air Force where he received several ribbons, medals and awards. He was an E4, and served as a Missile Facilities Specialist.

Bill worked for the former Excel manufacturing company in Fulton and DURA Automotive until closing. Mr. Jackson then began a career in the transportation industry driving a truck for the Covenant Transportation Corporation in Chattanooga, Tenn. He then retired from the former Letica Corporation in Fulton, Ky.

He is survived by two daughters; Sarah (Jay) Towler of Troy, Tenn. and Carol Jackson in Phoenix, Ariz.,

one stepson; Eddie (Jill) Crittendon of Fulton, Ky.; four grandchildren; Reid Towler of Troy, Tenn.,

Noah Jackson, Jonah Jackson, and Aubrianna Jackson all of Piedmont, S.D., two step-grandchildren;

Emma (Tim) Stewart of Fulton, Ky., and Jacob (Tristin) Crittendon of Clinton, Ky. and a brother, Jeff Jackson.

Memorial services for Mr. Bill Jackson will be held on Monday, July 22, 2024 at 6 p.m. in the Hornbeak Funeral Home funeral chapel. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the service time.
