Fulton Commission to hold special called meetings June 29 and June 30

The Fulton City Commission will meet Mon., June 29 in special called session at 6 p.m. in the Fulton City Hall Commission Room. 
The meeting is open to the public.
Only items on the agenda may be addressed at this special called meeting. Other matters are not permitted.
The following items are listed on the meeting’s agenda: Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance; Roll Call; 1. Consider Municipal Order 2026-144, to accept the minutes of a regular meeting held on June 8, 2026; 2. Consider Municipal Order 2026-145, to accept the minutes of a special called hearing for ABC held on June 8, 2026; 3. Second reading of Ordinance 2026-12, an ordinance setting the water and sewer rates for the city and water district; 4. Second reading of Ordinance 2026-15, an ordinance setting the budget for fiscal year
2026-2027; 5. Second reading of Ordinance 2026-16, an ordinance amending ordinance 2025-05 setting appropriations for fiscal year 2025-2026; 6. Consider Municipal Order 2026 146, to authorize the Public Works Director to sign a proposal from Murray Paving for Lake Street repairs; and 7. Consider Municipal Order 2026-147, to adjourn into Executive Session following KRS 68.810 1 (f) Discussions or hearings which might lead to the appointment, discipline, or dismissal of an individual employee, member, or student without restricting that
employee's, member's, or student's right to a public hearing if requested. This exception shall not be interpreted to permit discussion of general personnel matters in secret.
