VENTURES VILLAGE RIBBON CUTTING USHERS IN FIRST CHRISTMAS IN JULY

Fulton Tourism Commission's first Christmas In July events were cut short as the result of harsh weather forecasts over the weekend, but the Community Ventures 'Ventures Village' celebrated the business incubator's opening with a ribbon cutting, and two small business owners on hand July 25, Crafts by Bonnie Lou and Ree's Customs LLC, occupying two of the shops, adjacent to the Farmers Market. The Twin Cities Chamber of Commerce President Anna McCoy assisted with the ribbon cutting, with Fulton City Manager Mike Gunn, Fulton Tourism Director Kenney Etherton, Fulton-Hickman Counties EDP President Mark Welch, and Brenda Weaver of Community Ventures.
